[IMP] l10n_cl: Update main EDI module and description

In https://github.com/odoo/documentation/commit/16bc54871ddc2d7cfdd1f144ac23cd3d4bec9616 I re-targeted this PR to saas-17.4 and removed the version-specific sentence.

A new PR should be opened on 16.0 (and FWP up to saas-17.2) to address this comment.

To summarize: it looks good to me. If you want to add bold or italics to emphasize that the module handles both the invoices and receipts, feel free to add that change. Thanks!
