[IMP] sales: update pricelist info
As requested by VPD, this PR mainly focuses on adding a mention that, in 17, the configuration of a Pricelist (in the Pricelist field) is no longer required to confirm it/turn it into a Sales Order.
I also mention how there is now a Chatter on all pricelist forms, whereas, in previous versions, there was not.
Also, when a contact is created, a pricelist is automatically added to the contact. There is no way to remove the pricelist from the contact, or leave it blank. But, when that contact is added to a quotation form, and the Pricelist field is auto-populated, that configuration CAN BE removed, and the order can still be confirmed.
