Re:Install addons on docker odoo

Hi guys, I've been testing on development that has been made by my team about payment inquiry. So when I've tried to re-check like re-install the addons I need to re-install the container odoo as well. And there was a bit of difference between the developer's view and my side view.

Like this, This is my view, And this is my developer's view.

Is odoo with image docker and odoo that installed with pycharm has a different part? Because I was can't edit my installed odoo (such as conf, replace addons file)because my computer system is prohibited what that I could do. So, I'm using docker. And my developer hasn't had more time to redevelopment using docker.
