Theme does not appear after updalins apps list with docker-compose - Odoo v14 CE

Hi,

I have Odoo v14 installed with severan addon apps and after using Odoo for certain time I included a new Theme in the apps addons file, restarted my docker-compose and updated in Odoo the apps list, but the them does not appear, althought I can see the other third parties apps.

I opened a new DB and the Theme appears like the others.

I would appreciate if anyone could help me with this issue. Thanks
