Intel Mac Ventura - bluetooth doesn't reenable automatically or manually

Since upgrading to Ventura, bluetooth will no longer enable when awaking from sleep. Even when enabling it via preferences, it doesn't turn on for upto 30 seconds.

I've replaced with the latest version but still the same problem. I have to kill the process from the terminal
