"Choose Video" buggy sizing behavior in Example Form

Problem description

Inside Example Form, when selecting a video, the displayed thumbnail blows up to an awkward size.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Choose a video in example form.

Expected behavior

The displayed thumbnail blows up to an awkward size.
