Services: Missing/Unused UI Element on Server Setting Screen

There is a QR code element found in the XML files for the service app. This was probably on a previous version of the app as there is an existing UI test for this feature. This test is currently broken and marked as IGNORE because this UI element can no longer be found in the current version of the Service App. This is what the screen looked liked Screenshot 2024-03-28 103714 you can see a QR icon in the toolbar

SUGGESTION

After drawing the attention of @wbrunette to this, it was suggested that the UI team reviews this and decide if another home be found for this feature or if it has been totally scrapped. This way we can ascertain if the existing test be moved to where its need or deleted from the test class.
