ODK-X Docs: Documenting Frequently Encountered Errors

Creating a new section in the documentation for frequently encountered errors.

While setting up the project, I encountered so many errors and these errors seem to be common when new participants try to set up the project for the first time.

This is going to help new participants easily set up the project with ease.

@wbrunette @Redeem-Grimm-Satoshi . Is this visible enough, is this something i can work on?

A section named FERs ( Frequently Encountered Errors ) which shows common errors users face, Will help new folks trying to setup the project for their first time
