The form displayed does not have instances saved while description says it does.

Current: This screen shows the form name and version. It also shows a full list of saved instances of the form

Suggestion: This screen shows the form name and version. It also shows a full list of saved instances of the form once instances are created.

With the above, users are less likely to be confused, and know what to expect when interacting with the form.
