Broken link in ODK-X Docs

This page (https://github.com/odk-x/docs/blob/master/README.md) contains a broken URL, not sure where it's supposed to lead.

You'll find the broken link under "How to contribute?"

The link is on Line 250 It's saying page doesn't exist or private.
