Update every icon to Material Design guidelines

The current icons across ODK-X tools are inconsistent. There's a need for each icon to be updated to meet Material Guidelines.

Why this needs to be improved:

1. The icons used in the apps are not consistent.
2. Similar icons are used repeatedly for different actions which can confuse users. Example:

Specifications

• All icons are 24px in size.
• Stroke colours vary depending on the context, but are within the range of colours in this Design Guidelines.
