Virtual Alloc Failure

I am not able to reproduce this bug, it happened once at random. I did not check Windows Usage state, so its remotely possible Discord or vscode etc had consumed all system memory, however i think this is unlikely, i rarely have more than 8gb consumed of 32gb available. The oddity is that the compiler says zero usage, which seems suspect.
