Color lines do not appear when sticky scroll is enabled.

As you can see the colored lines are not displayed when sticky scroll is enabled. Can we add even in sticky part?

Sorry, but I have no time to look into this right now. But I suspect that this can't easily be fixed or even needs a fix by the VSCode team.
