Karamel is an open-source extension that embeds relevant Reddit comments under YouTube videos.
- Update new.ts videos with comments turned off don't have the `#main` element, but the `.ytd-item-section-rendered` seems to be even more consistent while watching videos
The extension currently does not work when the youtube comments are disabled 
Show all hidden child comments by default so users don't need to click on load more comments 
There's an option in RES (Reddit enhancement suite) which allows the user to hide the child comments via a simple Hide & Show button. I would love to see that...
