How to just use the QOL function?

I found that the plugin request players to download the resource pack and most of us can not download it ,and i only want to use the QOL function especially chest sort. I wonder if there is a way to refuse downloading resource pack and turn off the function except the QOL.

See vane-core configuration, you'll be able to disable client side translation and the resource pack there.
