Ability to add friends to private portals

While having the ability to change between private and public portals is nice, it would be even better if you could add friends/other players to your private portals.

That already exists - it's what regions are for.

Create a region around each portal you want to share, and set the visibility to group members. Each region should have the same region group. Then add your friend as a friend in the region group.
