[Bug] vane-portals - Exit orientation lock doesn't work while riding an entity

When you lock the exit orientation and try to enter the portal while riding an entity, this lock is not respected and you will come out the portal wrong way.

Can be dangerous in situations like this:

Thanks for reporting this, can confirm this is a bug. I'll have a look at it when I find some free time. Seems a little more complicated due to the hacky way how minecraft handles horses.
