More info in #208, tldr we should support:

[ ] ::file-selector-button
[ ] ::-webkit-slider-thumb

Note that the spec has been updated to read "fully styleable tree-abiding pseudo-element" instead of part-like.

The definition is here- https://drafts.csswg.org/css-pseudo-4/#treelike. It seems to limit anchor support to only ::after and ::before. ::file-selector-button and ::details-content are instead "Element-backed" (and ::-webkit-slider-thumb is not specified).
