[BUG] `resource_files`: Episode 4 doesn't display on menu in doom.wad / doombfg.wad

Describe the bug Thy Flesh Consumed not presented as an option in valid Ultimate Doom iwads. This could be an issue with the umapinfo lumps as well. Need to investigate.

Build that the bug occurred in Latest resource_files

To Reproduce -iwad doom.wad -iwad doombfg.wad

Expected behavior Show episode 4
