[BUG] Game servers take too long to appear on the master server

Describe the bug It can take well over 5 minutes for an odasrv instance to be broadcast on the master server list. This makes people think that their server is not working correctly.

Build that the bug occurred in 0.9.3

To Reproduce Create a server. Check the master server list. It can take over 5 minutes for a game server to appear on the list.

Expected behavior Display game servers more quickly
