Feature Request: Retain the section that has been added

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I add an element from the left scroll-bar it's gone. I cant add it again. Now I need the same section but now i dont have it so i have to code it. If only it wasnt removed it would have been much more convinent.

Describe the solution you'd like Dont remove the section that was just added so that i can use it again further.

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. Give a toggle setting button to remove it or keep it a per user requeirement.

Additional context This would be a useful feature to have up the sleeve.
