Suggested change: dynamic updates of packages on system

I notice the code every 24 hours does a refresh of packages installed on the system.

Suggestion is to implement a broadcast receiver and refresh dynamically. Because I think it would be somewhat expected that a user downloads a new app from the Play store and then starts using it immediately.
