take the Halo TV series for instance -https://www.paramountplus.com/shows/halo/ , none of the the season episodes will download, but any of the behind the scenes, special features & clips will download...

download works if you copy the URL under where it says title - artist - time https://tile.loc.gov/storage-services/service/mbrsrs/mbrsjukebox/ucsb_victor_73671_01_ba156_01/ucsb_victor_73671_01_ba156_01.mp3 or use yt-dlp --force-generic-extractor "https://www.loc.gov/item/playlist?tracks=jukebox-7174"

you can use the the video download helper addon to download the video which works.

on the main account, try this > youtube-dl --force-generic-extractor https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v32ZQIg1j4Y see if the video now downloads.

tried this link - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v32ZQIg1j4Y with both youtube-dl and youtube-dlc and both downloaded the video just fine.
