Stream Video from direct surface view

Hi Thanks for this library

I want to use this library to broadcast my HDMI IN that i am showing in surface view . I want to send the HDMI In direct using RTMP .

So is it possible to send video from the surface view by doing any encoding and send to Rtmp using your library
