Better Foliage not loading on certain textures

I'm using a Resource Pack and all of the leave blocks load with the Better Foliage EXCEPT the birch leaves (seen in the picture circled in red) If anyone could give me any advice on how to fix this issue or give me the exact file path for where the better foliage config file is, I would greatly appreciate it.
