Exception Input_is_too_large raised when editing wiki

It is currently impossible to modify wiki pages that are not very small on ocsigen.org. Exception Input_is_too_large is raised on server side. Do you know what change may have caused this? Are we using cohttp on ocsigenserver? (as it is written in dev-area?) If not, fix devarea. @dinosaure @hhugo
