No, seriously, ocsigenserver should not depend on this ridiculously huge dependency

Not even 3 years later!

For now, I have copied about 300 lines of code from Ocamlnet, and I have used Str in a few places. We should be able to get rid of most of the copied code as we start using Uri more coherently
