New version of OS must depend on Eliom with service hook. As it is an incompatible change for OS, major version number needs to be incremented
- Remove connected wrappers/fun/page (?) - Use `let%rpc` instead of server functions
All reverse dependencies fro Eliom to OS should now be unnecessary.
I remember a situation which was producing a warning. But not sure.
Exception: one section in Eliom manual, which explains the lower level interface
