Governance wrt Steering Committee

The Governance document - https://github.com/ocsf/governance/blob/main/Governance.md - only mentions 2 roles (maintainer, contributor) and does not mention steering committee member. Should the steering committee be mentioned, their role, how selected, etc?

Hi @sparrell! The Charter.md doc references the Steering Committee and selection, etc. Are there additional points outside of the ones included in that document that you feel would be beneficial to be included in updates to the Governance document?
