Support page labels/PDFs that use custom page numbering

A new version with page label support was just released recently!

Ideally, this could be part of the metadata options like we already have with --title and --author. So f.i. --pagenumber 84 would set the first page in the pdf as page number 84, the second page would have number 85 and so on.
