the Palette tool keeps on growing

If I keep the Palette tool open, its vertical size will increase (probably one pixel?) each time I close and open the emulator. I'm running on Linux, not sure if this is Linux related anyway.

After i open and close meka, the file meka.dsk is saved and the value of [PALETTE] has changed.

Before opening and closing meka:

[PALETTE]
active=1
pos=163,53
size=191,74

After closing the value has changed:

[PALETTE]
active=1
pos=163,53
size=191,75
