[1.21.1] Chorus Totem does not trigger with Hardcore Revival

Bug description

Chorus Totem does not trigger when you receive a fatal hit if Hardcore Revival is also installed. Instead, you enter in K.O. state. It also does not trigger when you die for real.

Die when holding (main hand, off hand or belt) a Chorus totem
