Add Keybinds for more artifacts

Some artifacts like the charm of sinking and the charm of shrinking, would really benefit from having toggles as they are situational

I agree that more artifacts would benefit from having a toggle keybind. Unfortunately the implementation of these toggles will need some work as in its current state it wouldn't work for all artifacts. For this reason, when I eventually implement this it will only be for the latest supported Minecraft version.

I've added keybinds for the Charm of Sinking, Charm of Shrinking, and Scarf of Invisibility in version 13.0.0.
