Current ocflib endpoints are really bad. Let's follow standards for REST APIs.

Do you have some examples of what could be done to make it more REST-y?

I'd like to point out here that ocfweb is actually where the API endpoints are set up, ocflib is just a collection of shared functions pulled in by a number of repos (ocf/ocfweb, ocf/create, ocf/approve, etc.)
