Snapshot Votes don't reflect in Airtable, also not in Pearl Leaderboard

Challenge:

Yet, these votes don't "arrive" in our Airtable (also adding a screenshot): https://airtable.com/appVer8ccYGnqSm2H/tbls5o7pVfAUU39eX/viwSVKN933jigdJt9?blocks=hide

Goal:

The goal would be for votes in Snapshot to be reflected properly in our Airtable, which will allow OceanPearl.io to reflect the votes and the standing of voting properly.

DoD:

• [ ] All votes from Snapshot_R20 are reflected in Airtable
• [ ] (Expected effect:) All votes are reflected properly in OceanPearl

When I ran locally, it was failing due to me not having the latest changes. I updated the strategy to exclude marketplace V3 + V4 votes.

Tested locally and verified locally, pushed to vm.
