Goal:

Let's inform our users on how to delegate on our mainpage, oceanprotocol.com, as it could help:

• increase the number of OCEAN voted per months drastically
• reduce/remove the effort/workload of DYOR on all projects for voters

DoD:

• [ ] Voters are informed on https://oceanprotocol.com/web3Tools that they can delegate their voting power
• [ ] Voters get a dedicated button (third, next to exist 2 for Boost & Claim) above the line to this funct
• [ ] The button leads to a detail section BTL (below the line), like with "Boost Voting Power"
• [ ] This section includes:
• [ ] Short Explanation / How-to
• [ ] Screenshot of https://snapshot.org/#/delegate to prevent phishing/redirects (example attached)
• [ ] Contains brief explanation on how to limit delegation to domain: officialoceandao.eth (compare: screenshot attached)
