Facilitate and Onboard into OceanDAO while providing feedback

DoDAO wants to create quality educational content to onboard more people onto OceanDAO.

Their initial intuition was to educate around OceanDAO & WGs, however they only received partial funding and are trying to understand potential venues to create something impactful.

My recommendation is:

1. Connect w/ Funding - Outreach + Ambassdaors - Are there any additional opportunities to receive additional funding in exchange of creating quality content that is consumed by others

2. Knowledge Map - Outreach - Does anyone in outreach, ambassadors, or LRT from Academy have a knowledge-map, or a spreadsheet where they are tracking all of the different topics: voting, grants, working groups, ocean protocol, v4, H20, C2D, etc... so we can more easily understand what is well supported, and what could have more educational material built around it.

3. Facilitate w/ Guide from PGWG - What else does Robin/DoDAO need? Can a guide take over and facilitate their DX?

DoD:

• [ ] Connect Robin w/ other key people in OceanDAO as to identify good opportunities for educational content (i.e. LRT)
• [ ] Review platform w/ Robin (perhaps include PGWG Guide) so we can understand the process, and limitations
• [ ] Provide some initial recommendations based on the work done above, so DoDAO can take it from there and start building something for their R17 grant
