[Discord][Twitter] Project Updates - Collab.Land & Twitter

Problem:

Users need to submit updates and news via discord #amplify. We then need to take this information, curate it, and then submit to twitter.

There might be a way to setup collab.land, issue non-transferrable/nft tokens to users who won grants, and then give them access to a discord channel where messages are forwarded to "OceanDAO Ecosystem" Twitter.

DoD:

• Impleemnt collab.land into discord server
• Assign non-transferrable tokens to all participants
• Token gate discord channel
• Create twitter account
• Setup discord->twitter bot
• Update Twitter Calendar to have a "OceanDAO Ecosystem Summary" 2xWeek Thread, that consumes from the decentralized twitter channel to provide a weekly summary.
