Improve visibility around workstreams

Problem:

Right now there are a lot of workstreams inside of OceanDAO with grants, bounties, and other teams who are implementing incentives and rewards. However, most of these are invisible or hidden somewhere.

Towards a solution:

@drprk at some point was gathering a list of various workstreams that were happening inside OceanDAO. These ranged from ocean india rewards, to ambassadors coordinape, athena project grants, and data whale rewards.

• Where is this list?
• Can we formalize this a little bit better and put it inside Town hall?
• Can we create a workflow/pipeline (example: a google form) so it's easier for participants to integrate with this and keep it updated?

DoD:

• [ ] Create a workflow/pipeline for taking in the different workstreams going on inside of OceanDAO and providing visibility into it
• [ ] Calendar has been updated, or given access to the right participants, so that workstream events are visibile. If DAO participants are managing the calendar, help develop a follow up process so that things events and calendar remains updated.
