Improve visibility around community events

Problem:

• There are a lot of projects inside of OceanDAO with events behind hosted and managed by the community

DoD:

• [ ] Create a workflow/pipeline for taking in events from OceanDAO and providing some highlights/upcoming things inside of Town Hall
• [ ] Add 1 slide added inside of TH. Perhaps present both together in a calendar context: Ecosystem Calendar + Upcoming Events.
• [ ] Perhaps update twitter calendar so that we are sharing updates often enough, and in a format that provides visibility into these events.
