[Port] Add more admins & members to Discourse. Ambassadors? PGWG?

Current Problems:

  • Proposals are getting stuck
  • Submissions are not getting registered
  • People are having problems logging in.

DOD:

  • [ ] Add 2-3 more admins to Port that can help provide support/moderate
  • [ ] I have spoken with prakesh & scott about having some members from the PGWG, or perhaps Ambassadors, helping out here.
