Remove ocean and h2o, replace with fet

FET token on mainnet ETH: 0xaea46A60368A7bD060eec7DF8CBa43b7EF41Ad85 For publishing assets or download on EVM testnets, there is no a public or known address for FET token. Should we allow payments in FET only for mainnet network?

Yes, for test networks, just put something that is widely available

My suggestion is to accept payments in WETH which is widely available for EVM networks.
