Paid Compute

This issue was auto-created as part of the Zenhub sub-issues migration. The original entity was opened on 2025-02-27. For more details see this post.

User must be able to:

• write and publish algorithms using ocean.js/cli/extension.
• run free and paid compute jobs on selected nodes.
• node owners must be paid for resources made available by their nodes.
• node owners can set their resources prices and select IRC token for payments received.
• find nodes with compute environments using DHT.
