Regarding non-tidal stations

Eric Allen (NOAA NWS) asked whether searvey queries can filter on [non-]tidal station designation. The designation needs to be rigorously defined and added as metadata to water level stations from NOAA, USGS, etc. I have attached a PDF document from NOAA CO-OPS SOP re: non-tidal classification.
