LLONG_MAX and ULLONG_MAX undefined on old CentOS versions

Old versions of CentOS (e.g., 5.8) do not seem to define the aforementioned symbols (see https://gist.github.com/braibant/8954c29d7709b11ae934 for the limits.h header file).
