Create component library documentation

Create a document that explains how to work with the component library. Currently we have components that serve to main kinds of purpose:

  • Supports creation of new page types
  • Supports creation of new pages

I need to document what differences are, and perhaps create a Quickstart tutorial to help onboard new developers more easily.
