Dropdown Navbar Menu: change to appear on hover

How will this work on a tablet? Should it still be on 'click'? Also, do we still want the dropshadow/border?

Good Question! I think on tablet it should still be on click, same as on phone :)

I haven't researched accessibility recommendations on this topic, but @patricoferris might know if hover menus fit with accessibility or not?
