add Haxe Foundation to Companies page

Haxe is on the the Success Stories page, but its description is minimal. I think it would make sense to list the Haxe Foundation on the Companies page. Companies doesn't have to mean for profit companies. We could update the title of the page to Companies and Organizations Using OCaml.
