Broken and dead links

The site has many broken and dead links which I found using an online broken link checker. Eg: 1. The irc link Screenshot 2021-05-07 014202 2. The mailing list link Screenshot 2021-05-07 014327 and many more.

Manually fixing them would require a lot of time. Is there any other way of fixing?
