Improve documentation page layout

On screen size 979px and below, the row with the videos on the documentation page start to lap over each other, and on screen size 767px and below the books and videos on the page are displayed with too much white space on the right. Below are images of these observations:

If this issue is approved, I would love to fix these issues and make this page more responsive.
